Save the Date Postcards

I worked with some friends of mine to create these special Save the Dates. 

The water colors were all original and since they were getting married in the fall we chose fall "fruits"

It was the brides idea to use the fall items in the shape of the numbers for the dates...

what a clever girl.

TIP:

Choosing a post card option is a simple and inexpensive way to send your save the dates. 

Often your Envelopes and stamps are the bulk of the cost and to cut them out completely takes a great burden from the total.

Here is recent Save the Date that was finished up in December... 

and I am just now getting around to posting the photos...

This was a really fun project to work on. For two friends of mine, they are the sweetest couple and they fell in love fast... and I am so excited to see the 'blossom' (pun intended) 

They plant Zinnias and all sorts of  flowers and veggies all over their yard in the summer time. 

So they sent out Zinnia seeds with their Save the dates. So we worked together to come up with a custom illustration of the two of them planting together, appropriately symbolic I think. 

And than we filled the seed bags with some really fabulous illustrated Zinnias 

and growing instructions....

I can't wait to start on the Invitation Package! Will keep you posted...
