Happy Typography Friday everyone. Check out this glowing typographic installation.
Imagine the  time spent meticulously cutting out those letters. All in the name of Art
Right?

Have a great weekend my friends, xox.

From 2-D to 3-D, Turn your Kid's Drawings into a Plush Toy

I have been thinking about this site ever since I came across it. Child's Own Studio has
had the genius idea of joining kids with crafters. They provide completely custom
replications of your child's art work. And how adorable are the drawings of kids? Big
heads and Stick legs... these are so so cute. They have an extensive gallery of
"Softies" they have created. I can't wait until my little nephew starts drawing!

ILLUSTRATION INSPIRATION: Emma San Cartier

This week's illustration inspiration features snazzy artist, Emma San Cartier. I love the
free and loose style that she has. Its nice to see how the bleed of her paint accentuates the
color in each peice. And her use of white space and composition is lovely. If you have
the time, pop over to her portfolio site, its really something to see.

Something to Add to your Bucket List

Well Hello, coolest place on Earth. May I introduce you to, Salar de Uyuni, the world's
largest salt flat. Located southwest of Bolivia it is covered by a few meters of salt crust,
which has an extraordinary flatness (the average altitude variation is within a meter
over the entire 4,000 square mile area). And as if that isn't cause enough to visit, when
these beautiful salty miles are covered in water they become one of the world's largest
mirror. Reflecting the sky in a hypnotic way that pulls you straight into a dream.
Salar de Uyuni is officially on my bucket list.

Thanks Bored Panda for the Inspiration.
