All you need to know about Graffiti...

Busy day here...{makes me feel like one of
those cartoon characters with the spazzy hair}

Wanted to share this super rad graffiti book I
found over at Graphic Exchange before I lost
myself in work again for the day...

See you all tomorrow, Cheers.

Boy or Girl in Seven Weeks...

Boy or Girl?
So I just heard about this blood test that you can
take as early as 7 weeks pregnant to learn whether
you are having a boy or a girl...wow.
They are no bigger than a blueberry at that age.
I feel like we just leapt into the future. zing.

I think I like surprises way too much to find out...
but I guess I'll never really know until I am
faced with having to make the decision one day.
Who knows where technology will be by than!

So what are your thoughts?
Would you or Wouldn't you.

For more information check out
this article from the NY Times.

My Birthday Quilt...xox

I am so happy that I finally have the
time to post about my beautiful quilt!

For my birthday Dave's mom made me a quilt!
{Oh my melted heart!} SO here is how it started...
I posted about 'The Perfect Picnic Quilt' in January
{you can follow the link here to check it out}
After she saw the post she headed straight to work.
She is such a sneaky seamstress! She found
the same pattern, picked similarly colored fabrics
and created the most perfect, amazing, you've-
never-seen-a-more-beautiful-quilt, quilt.

Look at the detail, you may not be able to see it,
but there is hand stitching all over it, swirls and
butterflies... Gosh. It kind of left me speechless.
Thank you Mrs P. {And Mr P. the supervision
was an important contribution as well :)}.

It will be saved forever...and beyond!

WICKED

Sunday Night I went with my mom and sister to see
Wicked at the Kennedy Center. Oh my Goodness
what a show! First of all the Costumes! Wow! Can
you see from the photos I pulled from google image?

Look at the bottom one, where they are in emerald
city. Each and every costume was so elaborate and
ornate. It was so Dr Seuss, I was so in Love

And the songs were out of this world. My sister
bought the sound track and I think Ill try to grab
a few from her, specifically 'Defying Gravity'.

I also really enjoyed seeing how they meshed the story
of Oz and Dorothy with the play.

We had such a great night that we didn't even
mind getting terribly lost on our way out of
Washington, DC at Midnight that night.

Oh, and we at green Pistachio Cheesecake
at desert which was delish!
